Crime Commissions

If you have been served with a summons to attend either the Western Australian Corruption and Crime Commission ("CCC") or the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission ("ACIC") then you may have certain legal obligations, such as a compulsion to answer truthful and a requirement that your attendance be kept confidential.

It is important that you seek urgent legal advice before answering your summons and to not talk to anyone about it without getting legal advice.

Aaron Plenderleith Legal has acted on behalf of client in both the CCC and ACIC and can guide you through the process.  Book an initial consultation and take the first steps in securing a strong legal representation.
